By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

License

When you purchase a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software according to the license type. License types include Free, Trial, Weekly, Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, Annual, 2-Year, 3-Year, 5-Year, and Lifetime licenses.

Lifetime License Definition

A 'Lifetime' license is valid during the commercial life of the product or while GUi Softworks remains operational, whichever occurs first. The company reserves the right to discontinue products with 30 days prior notice. Lifetime does not mean perpetual access in all circumstances.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms as well. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for assistance.

Force Majeure

GUi Softworks shall not be liable for service failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: changes in third-party policies (Power BI, etc.), infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GUi Softworks be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
