Can I upgrade my license?

Yes! You can upgrade from shorter-term licenses to longer-term or Lifetime licenses anytime. Contact us and we'll assist you with the upgrade process and prorated pricing.

How do I manage my licenses?

You can manage your licenses in your dashboard. There you can view all your licenses, copy keys, and check expiration dates.

What happens if I lose my key?

No problem. Your keys are safely stored in your dashboard. You can copy them anytime. If you need assistance, contact our support team.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for assistance.

What does Lifetime license mean?

A Lifetime license is valid during the commercial life of the product or while GUi Softworks remains operational, whichever occurs first. We may discontinue products with 30 days notice.

What technical support do you provide?

We provide email support for all license holders. For critical issues, we aim to respond within 24 hours. We do not provide phone support.
